Sorry I haven’t been on lately

Sorry I haven’t been on the past couple days, i’ve just been slowly losing motivation and I don’t want to. And I feel like no one reads my entries anyway haha soo.. I’m trying to keep the motivation here!

Today’s breakfast! 1 egg with a piece of whole wheat toast and some strawberries and bananas. :)

Breakfast: Cheerios with Unsweetened Original Almond Milk, 1/2 cup of V8 Strawberry Banana juice.

Snack: 10 Baked Ruffle Sour cream and Onion chips

Lunch: 1/2 cup of Ham and Potato Chowder, 5 Saltine Crackers, and a half a sandwich with whole wheat bread, Turkey, A half a piece of swiss cheese and fat free mayo.

Dinner: Half a whole wheat sandwich with Turkey, Half a piece of swiss cheese and fat free mayo, 10 almonds and a mozzarella cheese stick.

Workout: Half hour walk, Turbo Jam: Ab jam, and 10 minutes of the Turbo Jam 20 minute workout. (I got tired) (: 

Overall an awesome day!!

Breakfast: Cheerio’s with Almond milk (Original and Unsweetened) 

Snack: 10 almonds

Lunch: Cambells Ham and Potato chowder (1 cup) and 10 saltine crackers

Snack: 8 pieces of dark chocolate acai blueberries.

Dinner: Half a sandwich with peanut butter and banana and a chocolate creme pie and a piece of tombstone pizza (small piece)

The ONLY reason I had a small piece of pizza was because I realized I was WAY under (like 500 calories under) in calories. And I finished the day with only 891 calories. Which is still not enough and I felt like I ate enough so that’s why I didn’t eat any more the entire day.

Workout: Turbo jam abs!
